We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Freight Shipping (for large bathtubs): 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all bathtub orders within the U.S.

Note: Expedited shipping is not available due to the size and weight of our products.

5. Freight Delivery Details

For large bathtubs, we use specialized freight carriers. Here’s what to expect:

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Deliveries are made curbside; ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item.

  • If you need assistance bringing the item inside, please arrange for help in advance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept a scheduled delivery, the carrier may:

  • Reschedule delivery for a later date

  • Charge a re-delivery fee

To avoid additional charges or delays, please be available during your delivery window.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the item at the time of delivery

  • Note the damage on the delivery slip (if applicable)

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number

We will coordinate a replacement or refund as needed.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Due to logistical constraints, we do not deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • International locations (outside the U.S.)
