1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition

• It is returned in its original packaging

• You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Custom, used, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a bathtub that is damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of the damage and your order details

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return process:

1. Email us at support@damalaboost.site with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

• If returning for any other reason (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed bathtubs

• Custom-made or special-order items

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale”

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be stopped.
